In 1991, Attorney Susan Alexander earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree, with cum laude honors, from Gonzaga University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Washington State since 1991. Attorney Alexander began her law career as a clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington. She later served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Nevada Supreme Court, and as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Caitlin Royse is a compassionate family law attorney known for her empathetic listening and ability to guide clients through divorce with dignity. She is especially passionate about domestic violence advocacy, creating safety plans in high-risk situations, and developing creative parenting plans for co-parents with strained relationships. A skilled negotiator and strong litigator, Caitlin works to resolve cases outside of court whenever possible. Based in the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys hiking, theater, and performing as a jazz singer.

Hillary Dawn is a compassionate family law attorney dedicated to guiding clients through divorce and child custody matters with empathy and skill. A mother of two, she prioritizes solutions that protect children’s well-being and minimize emotional harm. Hillary is passionate about serving the LGBTQ community, offering experienced representation in parenting plans and parental rights cases, including those involving non-biological parents. Combining strong negotiation skills with litigation experience, and drawing on her background in estate planning, she helps clients achieve practical, lasting outcomes. Outside of work, Hillary enjoys Seattle sports, backpacking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding with her family.

Practicing 34 years in Olympia, Washington, my practice is now limited to family law matters. I grew up in the once-great town of Aberdeen Washington, went to Whitman College and law school at Washington and Lee University in Virginia.
