I hold Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. My legal practice is centered around child custody issues, divorce proceedings, modification suits, as well as premarital and postmarital agreements, among other family-law related matters. While I advocate for amicable resolutions, I am a strong and strategic advocate for my clients' rights. I take a solution-oriented approach and enjoy crafting creative strategies, especially in cases involving children. I primarily serve clients in Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Collin Counties.

Karen A. Alexander is a graduate of Baylor University, School of Law. Mrs. Alexander is the owner of Alexander & Associates and specializes in criminal cases. Since opening her own law office, Ms. Alexander has successfully negotiated and tried criminal cases in both County Courts and District Courts throughout Denton, Dallas and Tarrant Counties. A former associate at Thompson Salinas & McDermott, LLP, Aubrey ventured out to establish a private practice in 2017. As a divorced mother and family law attorney, Aubrey understands the unique challenges facing separated/divorced parents and step-parents.

Aubrey lives in Round Rock, Texas and enjoys being a mother, attorney, and blogger. She also serves on the Board of the Williamson County Bar Association, Women's Law Section.
