I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. My first passion is caring about and caring for families in the broader community because they are the foundation of our nation. My other passion is to continue what I did while on active duty - caring about and caring for servicemembers, federal civil servants and families -- whether still serving or in retirement -- in honor of their contributions to our nation.

Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but Shane moved to Texas to pursue undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Shane completed my degrees in Government and History in 1999 and decided to continue his education in Texas by attending law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston. During his law school years, Shane worked as a clerk for the well-known law firm Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. Rick Davis graduated from Texas A&M University class of ‘85 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. While at Texas A&M University, he was a member of the Fight'n Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets and, upon graduation, was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. After becoming a qualified Infantry Officer, he served for ten years in the 49th Armored Division of the Texas Army National Guard as a qualified Armor Officer.
