I have been practicing Family Law for over four years and I enjoy helping people through the difficult times in their lives. I began practicing family law to help children with disabilities and their families. I now help all types of families through custody disputes and divorces by focusing on the needs of the children and the concerns of the parents. My goal is to help the families work together not just during the current difficulties but also in the future.

A former associate at Thompson Salinas & McDermott, LLP, Aubrey ventured out to establish a private practice in 2017. As a divorced mother and family law attorney, Aubrey understands the unique challenges facing separated/divorced parents and step-parents.

Aubrey lives in Round Rock, Texas and enjoys being a mother, attorney, and blogger. She also serves on the Board of the Williamson County Bar Association, Women's Law Section.

Attorney Boe Bowen is a native Texan. He was born and raised in Texas and the first in his family to receive a post-secondary education when he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University at Huntsville, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and History. In 2010 Boe began his legal career by entering the class of 2013 at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.

Amir Tavakkoli, founder of the firm, was the Vice President of his law school class and graduated Summa Cum Laude. His legal and political experiences include working with Judge Kyle Carter in the 125th Harris County Civil Courthouse, U.S. Representative Al Green, State Representative Garnet Coleman, the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition, and the Houston Bar Association. Amir was also a research assistant at his law school. Amir has successfully tried judge and jury cases in family, criminal, and civil matters.
