A former associate at Thompson Salinas & McDermott, LLP, Aubrey ventured out to establish a private practice in 2017. As a divorced mother and family law attorney, Aubrey understands the unique challenges facing separated/divorced parents and step-parents.

Aubrey lives in Round Rock, Texas and enjoys being a mother, attorney, and blogger. She also serves on the Board of the Williamson County Bar Association, Women's Law Section.

While in law school Kristen worked in the Family Law Clinic at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). During her time in the clinic she was confronted with the reality of the makeup of the modern family. She encountered everything from grandparents raising their grandchildren to unmarried parents with custody and child support issues. I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. I bring new techniques and strategies to my cases.

Roya was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and returned to her hometown after several years of practicing family law in Austin, Texas. While in law school at the University of Texas, Roya focused her studies on domestic violence and international human rights law. There, she gained a passion for empowering people and concentrated her work on matters regarding international family law. Roya was then awarded the 2020 Mike A.
