Barrett comes from a family that has long been a part of the East Texas area. Barrett was born and raised in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and played catcher for the school’s baseball team. After high school, Barrett attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Sociology as well as a minor in Business. Right after graduating from Texas A&M, Barrett attended South Texas College of Law. I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. Roya was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and returned to her hometown after several years of practicing family law in Austin, Texas. While in law school at the University of Texas, Roya focused her studies on domestic violence and international human rights law. There, she gained a passion for empowering people and concentrated her work on matters regarding international family law. Roya was then awarded the 2020 Mike A. Mary was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas before attending the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate education. While there, Mary earned dual degrees in English and government, ultimately graduating summa cum laude. Mary returned to Lubbock in pursuit of a legal education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. As a law student, Mary cultivated her legal experience by participating in Texas Tech Law Review and serving as a qualified student representative in the Texas Tech Family Law Clinic.
