I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. My first passion is caring about and caring for families in the broader community because they are the foundation of our nation. My other passion is to continue what I did while on active duty - caring about and caring for servicemembers, federal civil servants and families -- whether still serving or in retirement -- in honor of their contributions to our nation.

Born in Denison, Texas, married, two daughters. Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but Shane moved to Texas to pursue undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Shane completed my degrees in Government and History in 1999 and decided to continue his education in Texas by attending law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston. During his law school years, Shane worked as a clerk for the well-known law firm Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. Attorney Boe Bowen is a native Texan. He was born and raised in Texas and the first in his family to receive a post-secondary education when he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University at Huntsville, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and History. In 2010 Boe began his legal career by entering the class of 2013 at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.
