Stephen Yacobi graduated from Wofford College with honors and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1980. He is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and has been since 1993. He has assisted in the adoptive placement of more than eight hundred children.

Mr. Turner graduated from the University of South Carolina and went on to earn his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
