Zanita Zacks-Gabriel has lived in Harbor Creek, Pennsylvania her entire life and has practiced law in Erie for over 40 years. She graduated from Harbor Creek High School in 1968 as Valedictorian. Thereafter, she attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she attended Temple University School of Law. Anne K. Leete was born and raised in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. She attended college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and obtained her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2004. Anne began her legal career as an Americorps Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii’s Maui office in 2004.
