I am a trial lawyer with a passion for the courtroom and a track record of success in high-stakes litigation. With experience on both sides of the criminal justice system, I have developed the skills to analyze cases from every angle and advocate effectively before a jury. I began my career as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where I gained invaluable insight into how cases are built and presented at trial. Now, I use that experience to craft strategic and persuasive trial arguments, ensuring the strongest possible advocacy for my clients.

I primarily concentrates his practice in civil litigation, corporate matters, estate planning and administration, divorce and custody, and real estate municipal matters. In addition to representing many large clients, I have represented various clients in pursuing and defending lawsuits the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the City of Reading, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the City and County of Lancaster, numerous large hospitals, universities and other major entities. Ben Riehle, originally from Washington State, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Northwest Nazarene University’s School of Business and later earned a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law. After passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam, Ben relocated to Central Pennsylvania, where he focuses his legal practice on Civil & Commercial Litigation, Business & Property Law, Corporate & Employment Disputes, Wealth Preservation & Legacy Planning, Insurance & Injury Litigation, and Criminal Defense.

Rebecca Laniewski Sporar earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She graduated Cum Laude from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Political Science and Communications. Rebecca’s practice is solely dedicated to family law, including child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, child custody, protection from abuse, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Rebecca practices in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, & Butler Counties.
