I started practicing law right out of law school in 2005 with Mooney Law. I am now a partner with the firm and have experience in most every facet of general practice. Our firm is client centric, which means your experience with our firm is our top priority.

I focus on helping my clients resolve family disputes privately and respectfully without having the court system impose outcomes on them. I believe that most people are best capable of making decisions for themselves and their families. I also act as a mediator, helping parties reach agreements without going to court. I want my clients to be fully informed of all their options for handling family disputes so they can make informed decisions. I also prepare prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and estate plans.

Born in Florida and raised in East Berlin, PA, Justin Nell attended The Pennsylvania State University where he received his B.A. in International Politics. He is a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserves and he and his wife, Laura, reside in East Berlin.
