Rebecca Young is a partner with KingSpry’s Adoption/Assisted Reproductive Technology Law, Special Education, and Family Law Practice Groups. She is a member of the bars of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Ms. Young is a member of the Children's Rights Committee, the Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee and PBA Women in the Profession Committees of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. After 20 years as a staff attorney representing victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, I have transitioned into private practice at Mogel, Speidel, Bobb & Kershner to represent my clients in broader areas of the law.
I represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support and Protection from Abuse. I also prepare estate documents and probate documents for estates.
