Keith is admitted to practice law in the federal Northern District of Oklahoma and all State courts in Oklahoma. He sits on the board of Operation Aware. Keith was born in Dallas and grew up in Connecticut. He lettered twice on the local varsity rugby team and was a radio disk-jockey. Shelley L. Levisay is a Christian community-oriented attorney that dedicates herself to her clients. She is a Shawnee native having attended high school at Liberty Academy, college at Oklahoma Baptist University, and lawschool at the University of Oklahoma. She is an officer and active member of the Shawnee Rotary Club, as well as President of the Pottawatomie County Bar Association, an auxiliary and advisory board member of Project Safe, a member of the Shawnee and Oklahoma Music Teachers Association.
