I am the chief integral element of the Bergman and Yiangou Law firm. I received my BA from the Ohio State University in 1966, and my JD (Juris Doctor) from Capital University Law School in 1970. I spent a year as an Assistant Attorney General in the Workers' Compensation Section. I have been in private practice since 1972. I am a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations, and a Trustee for the CEC (Consumer Education Coalition).

Kathleen D. Mezher graduated from Miami University as a scholar-athlete cum laude in 1981 and from University of Dayton School of Law in 1984. Kathleen founded the firm in 1987 and is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky. Kathleen represents clients in cases for wrongful death, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate administration.

Jeffrey E. Buskirk started his practice in 1989 at the current location of 4178 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. The firm currently has four lawyers with each attorney focusing in a separate area of law.
