As a former police officer and NYS Investigator, I bring a wealth of practical experience in the areas of my practice. I have tremendous legal experience as a trial attorney, having tried numerous civil, family law and criminal cases.

Rick has over twenty years of experience in civil and criminal practice, in both state and federal courts. He appears in throughout Rockland, Westchester, and Orange Counties, as well as in New York City, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
