Theresa M. Siglar, J.D., M.S. Taxation, C.P.A., primarily practices law in Lincoln, Nebraska, specializing in the areas of debtor bankruptcy, selected creditor bankruptcy defense representation, tax preparation, civil litigation, will and estate preparation, and criminal defense, specializing in drug cases. Theresa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Theresa graduated from American University, Washington, D.C. with her Master's in Taxation, and passed the Certified Public Accountancy examination. Theresa has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri. Theresa enjoys assisting clients in finding a solution to their legal concern.

Stephen was born and raised in Nebraska. He obtained his law degree in 2000. Stephen specializes in divorce and child custody cases.

Borchers is the great granddaughter of Arthur Smith Churchill, a veteran of the Civil War who was Nebraska Attorney General in the 1890s. Other family members have been noted community leaders, such as her great grandfather, Ernst Stuht, an Omaha pioneer and member of the Omaha City Council in the 1890s, her father, William C. Stuht and grandfather, Clinton Briggs Stuht, both of whom worked in Omaha real estate.
