My practice focus is on meeting the individual's needs: - Criminal Law - Family Law (Divorce, Custody) - Consumer Law I also offer counseling on small business and employment law. My background is in criminal defense litigation as well as government and public interest civil litigation.

David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine.
