Joseph S. Hughes is 1993 graduate of the State University of New York School of Law. He has been actively practicing law since. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. The practice is concenctrated in the area of immigration, sociala security disability, criminal defense, divorce and custody matters, insurance claims and personal taxation. My passion is assisting individuals during one of the toughest periods in their lives, when their marriage is coming to an end or child custody is at stake.
