Bryan is a co-founder of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator. Bryan was born in Agana, Guam and moved to St. Mary’s County during his high school years when he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law. In the late 1980s, Bryan returned to St. Mary’s County as a young lawyer. His practice areas include family, civil, criminal, and traffic litigation matters. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, especially during basketball season.
