My name is Eric D. Puryear, and I am an Attorney at Law who is licensed in the states of Iowa and Illinois. Brett P. Hall is an attorney licensed to practice in Iowa, Nebraska, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Iowa. Mr. Hall is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Woodbury County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, School of Law. Brett lives in Sioux City with his wife and four children. Celena graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a criminal law concentration. During law school, Celena worked for the Cuyahoga County Public Defender's Office where she defended clients against a variety of charges, including numerous OWIs in the City of Cleveland. Celena also worked in the Juvenile Division and has experience with emergency custody situations and juvenile delinquency. At the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Northern District of Ohio, Celena gained additional experience with complex drug charges and crimes against children.

FRANK J. NIDEY, partner, is a 1980 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law with distinction. He practiced as a public defender in the Burlington and Cedar Rapids offices for a total of four years. He has been in private practice since 1984. Born in raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I made my way to Iowa in 2009 to attend Drake University. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law, Politics and Society in 2012 and went on to attend Drake University Law School and graduated in 2016. Kimberly (Schroeder) Kuchel is an associate attorney at Bauerly & Langel P.L.C. She went to Morningside College to obtain her undergraduate degree in business administration. She graduated with her law degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2018 and upon graduation, worked for Corbett Anderson Law Firm in Sioux City, Iowa. In November 2019, she began working for Bauerly & Langel PLC. She is also licensed in South Dakota and Nebraska.
