Attorney Eddie L. Abner has been successfully representing his clients in bankruptcy and family law cases since 1982. He takes pride in providing aggressive & effective legal representation, and helping his clients resolve their legal problems.

Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.

Stephanie Mendez attended law school in Orange County, CA, and passed the California State Bar on the first attempt. She first became interested in Family Law while interning at The Legal Clinic, in Fullerton, CA. After graduating law school, Stephanie began working at a local law firm in San Diego, CA, where she handled all aspects of family law, including child custody and visitation, child support, paternity actions, divorce actions, domestic violence issues, and spousal support. Colleen has been licensed to practice as an attorney in California more than 20 years. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada. In addition to earning a Juris Doctor, she has earned a Masters in Law in Taxation. She is also a trained mediator from Pepperdine University.

Family law attorney. I handle cases involving divorce and custody. Those cases involve sub-issues such as alimony, child support, restraining order, kick-out order, division of community assets, enforcement of orders, and post-judgment issues that may arise.

Kandy received a BA in Sociology and and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She received a Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked as a Probation Officer and Social Worker with children involved in the Juvenile Court related to child abuse and neglect. Kandy's primary area of practice is Juvenile Dependency, representing all parties including parents, relatives and foster parents. Additonally she works in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Adoptions, Restraining Orders and Paternity Actions.
