Attorney Yesenia Acosta has been recognized by the National Law Magazine - Super Lawyers from 2018 to the present. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California for the last eight (8) years. She handles immigration cases including employment and family-based visas. Additionally, Attorney Acosta handles divorce and custody cases, employment law matters, and a variety of general legal transactions. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Acosta serves as President of the Board of Directors for the San Gabriel Valley Consortium on Homelessness, working on solutions to homelessness.

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Kandy received a BA in Sociology and and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She received a Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked as a Probation Officer and Social Worker with children involved in the Juvenile Court related to child abuse and neglect. Kandy's primary area of practice is Juvenile Dependency, representing all parties including parents, relatives and foster parents. Additonally she works in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Adoptions, Restraining Orders and Paternity Actions.

Nathan W. Gabbard is an expert family law attorney in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Gabbard devotes his practice to divorce and family law, particularly high-asset divorce matters. Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.
