Kandy received a BA in Sociology and and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She received a Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked as a Probation Officer and Social Worker with children involved in the Juvenile Court related to child abuse and neglect. Kandy's primary area of practice is Juvenile Dependency, representing all parties including parents, relatives and foster parents. Additonally she works in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Adoptions, Restraining Orders and Paternity Actions.

Attorney Stacy Albelais, along with her dedicated staff, is committed to providing quality service to our clients. With 15 years’ experience in the family law arena, Ms. Albelais’ rates are very competitive. Ms. Albelais has been an attorney for eight (8) years with ten years’ prior experience as a family law paralegal. As a result of her extensive family law background, Ms. Albelais knows the ins and outs of the practice of family law and the needs of a family law client.
