Family law attorney. I handle cases involving divorce and custody. Those cases involve sub-issues such as alimony, child support, restraining order, kick-out order, division of community assets, enforcement of orders, and post-judgment issues that may arise.

Colleen has been licensed to practice as an attorney in California more than 20 years. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada. In addition to earning a Juris Doctor, she has earned a Masters in Law in Taxation. She is also a trained mediator from Pepperdine University.

Kandy received a BA in Sociology and and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She received a Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked as a Probation Officer and Social Worker with children involved in the Juvenile Court related to child abuse and neglect. Kandy's primary area of practice is Juvenile Dependency, representing all parties including parents, relatives and foster parents. Additonally she works in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Adoptions, Restraining Orders and Paternity Actions.
