I have provided over 20 years of estate planning and real estate legal services in southwest Wisconsin. I serve La Crosse, Vernon, Monroe and Crawford counties.

My practice focuses on federal bankruptcy law, Wisconsin debt amortization law, debt settlement and negotiation, traffic and municipal law, and estate planning. I help consumers file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code, offers clients an affordable repayment option by utilizing Wisconsin laws, assists with negotiating debt settlement, helps clients reduce traffic citations, and drafts wills and power of attorney documents.

I am a fourth generation attorney in Richland Center. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1982 and have been in practice for over 35 years. I live in Richland Center, where my husband is a retired farmer and police officer. I have six children.

Doug Blegen is a corporate, tax, and estate planning lawyer who also has experience as a litigator.
