I have been practicing law for approximately 35 years, with extensive experience in commercial, insurance, family, probate and personal injury litigation. Because of my education background, my practice is 50% litigation and 50% business transactions, wills, trust and probate.

After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.

Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations. His honest, innovative and intelligent approach helps his clients save time, money and energy. His experience allows for more informed decisions, which bring better results.
