Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations. After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.

This is a general practice office where I handle a variety of legal matters. My focus is on maintaining low overhead and providing high quality individualized service. I feel that this practice style provides the most value to the client. In my free time I coach high school volleyball in Oklahoma City and spend time with my greyhound. I attend St. Francis Catholic Church in Oklahoma City.
