Graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1973 and started practicing law in 1974. Experienced as a former Deputy County Attorney, as well as a City Counsel Member.

I am duly licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. I am also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Bar for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Fuqua, a native Houstonian, represents clients in matters relating to the drafting of wills, trusts, ancillary documents and related estate planning documents. He has experience in probate administration and litigation including but not limited to representing creditors in probate proceedings, representing applicants and contestants in guardianship proceedings, representing personal representatives, beneficiaries, and guardians in matters relating to the administration of estates and guardianships and related matters. Prior to entering the practice of law, Bobby L Phillips had a career in the corrections industry that spanned over 27 years. Bobby served as deputy warden and/or Senior Warden at multiple state and private correctional facilities. Having returned to his southeast texas home of Livingston, he now practices law in the area and is dedicated to providing honest and affordable representation to his clients.
