Jarvis has been licensed since 1997 and practiced as a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) before becoming an attorney. The financial background does provide an insight into the financial aspects of all areas of law. I am Attorney Kesney Nichols, and I assist the firm in managing cases and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. My responsibilities encompass conducting legal research, drafting documents, interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing for hearings and trials, and aiding in the formulation of legal strategies aimed at resolving cases favorably for each client. I am dedicated to supporting clients through the most challenging periods of their lives and tirelessly advocating on their behalf. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy golfing and spending time with my rescue dogs, Nash and Ollie.

Ife is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and a foreign licensed attorney in the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She graduated from the renowned University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Law and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar. Ife achieved a Master of Laws degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Ife has experience in Immigration Law, Family Law, Estate Planning, Wills and Probate. She fights aggressively on behalf of her clients. Prior to starting her own law firm, Ife worked as a family law attorney where she gained experience in divorce, child custody, modification suits, adoption,...

I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. I bring new techniques and strategies to my cases.

Prior to becoming an attorney, David had an accomplished 20-year career as a Navy SEAL. He deployed numerous times to various countries around the world, including Afghanistan and Iraq. David was selected and served as an instructor at the Navy’s Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUD/S). He earned multiple awards including three Bronze Stars with Combat V, a Navy Commendation medal and two Navy Achievement medals.
