Katherine Boyd is a partner at Steed Barker Boyd. Katherine started her legal work as an oil and gas title and real property transactional attorney and has expanded her practice to include estate planning. Mr. Fuqua, a native Houstonian, represents clients in matters relating to the drafting of wills, trusts, ancillary documents and related estate planning documents. He has experience in probate administration and litigation including but not limited to representing creditors in probate proceedings, representing applicants and contestants in guardianship proceedings, representing personal representatives, beneficiaries, and guardians in matters relating to the administration of estates and guardianships and related matters.
