I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

I have been practicing law since 1992 and focusing in Elder Law since 1995. I help protect families from losing their savings to nursing home costs and help protect and care for their older loved ones. I help families with: Medicaid and Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, POAs, etc.), Estate Administration, Guardianships and Real Estate Transactions. I have represented many non-profit and for profit elder care institutions and have represented the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services since 1999.

Daniel A. Pallen, Esq., graduated from Boston College in 2002. Prior to attending law school at the Dickinson School of Law, he earned a Masters Degree from American University in Washington, DC. He earned his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2007 and became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in the same year. Josh has practiced labor and employment law since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986, first in his own practice and later as a partner in Brodie & Rubinsky. In addition to labor and employment, his practice includes small business counseling and litigation, wills and estates. Prior to his admission to the bar, Josh was the Director of the Center for Fair Employment, an organization providing advice and assistance to employees in labor and employment matters.

From Centre Hall, PA. Attended Penns Valley Area High School, the Pennsylvania State University and Ohio Northern University. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar on October 24, 1979.
I have been Chair of the Domestic Relations Section, Secretary and President of the Centre County Bar Association.
I have been practicing law in Central Pennsylvania for 41 years.
My practice is concentrated on family law, wills, and estates.

My first experience in estate planning was as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate in 2008 providing legal assistance to active duty members, retirees, and their families. I retired in 2023 after having served in several leadership roles.
