Michael Lehutsky is a lifelong resident of Wayne County and 1982 graduate of Western Wayne High School. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Pre-Law with a minor in sociology and criminology, from Penn State University in 1986. In 1989 he obtained his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh where his studies emphasized trial tactics and litigation. I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

My first experience in estate planning was as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate in 2008 providing legal assistance to active duty members, retirees, and their families. I retired in 2023 after having served in several leadership roles.
