Kathleen D. Mezher graduated from Miami University as a scholar-athlete cum laude in 1981 and from University of Dayton School of Law in 1984. Kathleen founded the firm in 1987 and is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky. James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years.
