I practice Tax litigation litigating Federal tax cases in the Tax Court, Federal Court and NYS tax matters.

Worked for the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel's Office in New York for 14 years litigating tax cases in Tax Court; and also worked in the IRS Criminal Division of Chief Counsel's Office. After leaving the Chief Counsel's Office, I have been in private practice.

Education: Graduated Washington University, St. Louis, business school and law school. Graduated NYU Tax Program and received an LLM in Taxation.

George H. Roberts, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has been practicing estate planning and administration since 1975. His emphasis is on estate planning and administration, elder law and school law. He also provides services in real estate and assists those clients who own a family business. Mr. Roberts was a Town Justice in Lewisboro for many years, and is also a Certified Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education.

Katya's practice focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, Medicaid planning, elder law, and business succession matters. In addition, Katya now helps detained asylum seekers to obtain legal status in the United States.
