Jonathan Eller graduated from Brigham Young University, with a degree in English. Prior to attending BYU, Jonathan served a two year service mission in Brazil, Porto Alegre where he learned and became fluent in Portuguese. After graduating from BYU he was associated for five years with United Healthcare as an Escalation Specialist resolving high priority and managerial issues.

I primarily practice in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law, and public health law. I also handle some other types of matters, including estate planning/probate, guardianships/conservatorships, name changes, adoptions, nonprofit corporation formation, and personal injury. I practice in many counties in South Central Nebraska, including Buffalo, Sherman, Kearney, Franklin, Harlan Furnas, Gosper, Dawson, Hall, Adams and Red Willow Counties. David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
