Tim has been practicing law in Colorado for fourteen years, spending some time with law firms but primarily working as a solo practitioner. I graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and have been licensed to practice law in California and Colorado. During my 34 years of practice, I have developed experience in Contract Law, Employment Law, Products Liabilty, Estate Planning, and the Law related to Property Taxes. I have also served as an Arbitrator and Judge.

Courtney is a University of Denver Sturm College of Law graduate. During her time in law school Courtney knew she had a passion for helping others and getting involved in Estate Planning and Elder Law allowed her to do just that. Courtney is currently a member of the Women's Estate Planning Council board and the Denver Bar Association's Trust and Estate Section.

Phil J. Shuey is a Past Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Section, has been a member of the CBA Long Range Planning Committee, and a Co-Editor of the Law Practice Management/Technology columns for the Colorado Lawyer. He is a Past Chair of the Law Practice Management Section of the American Bar Association as well as an Inaugural Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
