Her practice focuses primarily on trust litigation, employment matters, adoptions, and estate planning. Jacqueline has nineteen years of experience in environmental law, land use, governmental relations, estate planning and real estate law. She has extensive trial experience including a recent construction defect award in excess of 1.2 million dollars.
