I have amassed over forty years of litigation experience, managing a diverse range of cases that encompass Trusts, Wills, Probate, Elder Financial Abuse, and Conservatorships. My practice also extends to Asset Protection and Civil Litigation. I am a member of both the California and Nevada State Bars, as well as the US Supreme Court Bar. My background includes a significant tenure as a Public Defender in Sacramento County, where I successfully tried numerous high-profile cases. After graduating from University of Northern California, Lorenzo Patino School of Law in 1998 and passing the CA State Bar exam the following year, I worked briefly doing criminal defense. Realizing this was not the type of law for me, I decided to set up my own law practice, specializing in two areas of law, bankruptcy and trusts. These two fields have been rewarding to me, as both provide a positive outcome for the client.

My past experience includes work in the Biotechnology industry and service in the United States Marine Corps as a Commissioned Officer with a combat tour in Iraq. I am local to Guerneville where my wife and I have owned a house for eleven years.
