That said, I’m also an outlier, in that I see both sides of things, and use my “EQ” (people skill set snd knowledge of what makes people tick) also. I've conducted legal education and founded a collaborative law group. My publications are read daily on Academia.

Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Justin Kincheloe has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December of 2009. He has extensive litigation experience in the area of trust and estate law. Justin is a senior litigation associate at Gostanian Law Group, PC in Newport Beach, CA.
