Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.

Licensed in 1985 and experienced in all types of legal proceedings from document preparation through jury trials and appeals. Not your typical lawyer, because I work without a secretary and make house calls when necessary. I accept a limited number of cases so that I can get your work done quickly and at a very low lump sum rate.
