Joel Simon is a member in Fernelius Simon PLLC and has been with the firm since its inception. Previously, Joel was a senior associate in the litigation department at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP from 2004 to 2010. Brannon joined Fernelius Simon PLLC as a partner in 2015. Previously, Brannon was a litigation partner with the Houston office of King & Spalding, an Am Law 50 firm where he practiced from 1999 to 2015. His practice includes business disputes, personal injury, environmental litigation, construction disputes, toxic torts and product liability. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Texas Monthly magazine has recognized him as a rising star on multiple occasions. Brannon has litigated matters in federal and state courts across the United States. He also has significant experience with arbitrations.

Mr. Ramirez is experienced in civil, environmental, construction and information technology matters and has a history of successful resolution of contested issues. Mr. Ramirez has practiced law in the government, corporate and private sectors which gives him an invaluable level of experience and a unique perspective. In addition to his legal skills and experience, Mr. Ramirez has served as an information technology and financial consultant for a number of companies.
