I am an attorney specializing in the representation of clients in employment law, wrongful termination, and civil rights litigation. In addition to representation of clients in matters involving wage and overtime disputes, discrimination claims, and equal protection under the Constitution, I represent physicians, executives, and sales representatives in contract negotiations and restrictive covenant litigation. I also frequently handle business disputes and contractual matters on behalf of companies.

My legal practice is dedicated to representing employees across various aspects of employment law, including disability discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA interference and retaliation, as well as discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, race, religion, national origin, age, and wage and hour disputes. I also represent individuals in contract negotiations and employment separation negotiations.
