Suren is a partner at H&A Law Office, PC, focusing on all facets of employment litigation for employees, advocating in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Suren has dedicated his entire professional career to representing employees. Mr. Kim, the co-managing partner for CKB VIENNA LLP, focuses his practice on business/commercial transactional and complex litigation matters. Mr. Kim has represented numerous fortune 500 companies and insurers as well as small to mid-size businesses and high wealth individuals from negotiating multi-million dollar distribution deals to defending the national mortgage lenders and loan servicers from administrative claims, employment litigation, and business disputes. Mr. Kim also provide general counsel services to numerous regional and national companies and provides guidance on corporate governance, labor & employment, regulatory, real estate and business development.

Joshua D. Vera is an associate attorney in the Intellectual Property Division of Sanders Law Group with a focus on copyright infringement. Mr. Vera takes great pride in advocating on behalf of his clients and ensuring the rights of intellectual property owners are respected.

Jacqueline Mandel is an attorney at Sanders Law Group and is a member of the Copyright Infringement team. Prior to joining the team, she avidly defended her clients in contract disputes, evictions, criminal defense actions, and other civil matters. She has trial and litigation experience and is now looking forward to bringing those skills to defend the intellectual property rights of our clients.

Zev J. Eigen is a labor/employment and entertainment litigator with more than a decade of substantial experience handling complex negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and general contract law. Eigen has developed a particular background in representing clients in the entertainment industry and the restaurant and hospitality industry.
