In my transactional practice, I advise businesses regarding contract interpretation, compliance with laws, and draft business related agreements. I audit businesses for compliance with federal and state employment laws, develop preventive policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and other employment documents to avoid employment claims and litigation. In my litigation practice, I draft pleadings and law in motion, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.

A native of Southern California and a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Gregory G.
