Mr. Stevens received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1992, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western State University as the valedictorian of his class. I am an employment and general business attorney with experience in transactional and litigation work. In my transactional practice, I advise businesses regarding contract interpretation, compliance with laws, and draft business related agreements. I audit businesses for compliance with federal and state employment laws, develop preventive policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and other employment documents to avoid employment claims and litigation. In my litigation practice, I draft pleadings and law in motion, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.
