I am currently Litigation Director for Denning Moores APC and litigating cases in the areas of Civil Appeals and Writs, Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Real Estate and Land Use, Commercial Contracts, Construction Defect and Complex Business Litigation. Most of my background is in civil appeals and writs, which has given me a unique perspective on trial practice in vast areas of the law.

Elizabeth Kim joined Lanzone Morgan as a law clerk in August 2022 and became an attorney for the firm in November of the same year. Mike has more than 40 years of experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Business Law and Medi-Cal planning. He has personally handled more than 5,500 cases, with a 100 percent perfect record for Medi-Cal applications. Mike joined his father in-law, Andrew David (1922-2008) in 1978 as a partner at the family law firm (then, Law Offices of David & Zimmerman) in Arroyo Grande.
