Paul Epstein, a native of Hull, graduated Hull High School in 1971. He continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a B.S. in Criminology. Mr. Epstein also has an M.S. in Criminal Justice from American International College, and a J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Educational law is a passion for Will. He started out as a teacher right out of college and within 3 years, developed a county-wide leadership program for at-risk youth. He then became a dean of a middle school that served 2400 students. In 1999, he became an administrator of one of the first charter schools in the state of Florida.
