Barrett comes from a family that has long been a part of the East Texas area. Barrett was born and raised in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and played catcher for the school’s baseball team. After high school, Barrett attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Sociology as well as a minor in Business. Right after graduating from Texas A&M, Barrett attended South Texas College of Law. I have had a varied practice over the years. My principal practice now is divided between business litigation; criminal law; immigration deportation; domestice relations; and personal injury cases. I also assist clients with inventions to find financing for their inventions. I am primarily interested in energy production and desalinization projects. I work out of a home office because I like being on the water.

Erin Shinn has been practicing criminal defense in Texas since 2007. Originally from Lubbock, Texas, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of General Studies from Texas Tech University in 2004. She received her law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007. She honed her trial and advocacy skills in law school as a member of the Board of Barristers.
