During his tenure there he worked in the Street Crimes Division as well as being a Team Leader of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team. Scott Dillin grew up in Asheville, North Carolina and is a Dean's List graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his Juris Doctor and MBA from Campbell University.
