Barrett comes from a family that has long been a part of the East Texas area. Barrett was born and raised in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Samantha Chambers began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in September 2008, shortly after graduating with honors from the SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas.
